JOBST® PitPak - Half Channeled Cylinder

PitPak Cylinders used under short-stretch bandaging can assist in the softening of long-standing or woody fibrotic tissue, in areas where this therapy is better suited than JoViPak’s unique foam.

Half Channeled Cylinders have channels sewn all the way partially around the length of the product. Each channel is filled with a single row of all-natural, sterilized, cherry pits that massage the area as the patient moves.

Made of Organic Cotton & Spandex (Ivory) with 100% natural cherry pits (cleaned & sterilized, destroying the possibility of sprouting or being used for seed purposes), inside a soft cotton fabric.

Note: This can be an aggressive form of therapy that should be carefully monitored by a highly trained lymphedema therapist. The medical condition and tolerance level of each patient is different. Begin with an application of 15 minutes (maximum) under light compression to assess the situation before making any increases.
